1. Acidic cleaning agents generally refer to cleaning agents with a PH value of less than 6.5. The principle of decontamination is to use the chemical reaction between acid and aluminum or aluminum oxide on the surface of aluminum parts to peel off the surface of the product.

Acid cleaning usually uses inorganic acid and organic acid as cleaning agent. Inorganic acids include hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc. The advantages are strong dissolving power, fast speed, obvious effect, and low cost. But even with the presence of corrosion inhibitors, the corrosion to metal materials still exists, hydrogen embrittlement and stress corrosion are prone to occur, and a large amount of acid mist is generated during the cleaning process, causing environmental pollution. Due to its corrosiveness, it is difficult to guarantee the precision of the cleaning of precision aluminum parts. In addition, because of the pungent odor, it will also have a harmful effect on the health of the operators.

2. Alkaline cleaning agents generally refer to cleaning agents with a PH value greater than 8, which are mainly composed of surfactants and alkaline additives. The principle of decontamination is accomplished by the emulsification of oil stains by surfactants and the saponification of oil stains by alkaline additives.

Alkaline cleaning agent is a water-based environmentally friendly cleaning agent made from a special formula of surfactants, cleaning aids, complexing agents, antioxidants and pH regulators. Alkaline cleaning agent is suitable for cleaning a variety of metal materials such as aluminum alloy. It has a good cleaning effect on stamping oil, drawing oil, cutting fluid and other dirt on the metal surface. It has a fast washing speed, no phosphorus, non-toxic, and easy biological Degradation and other characteristics. Due to the addition of antioxidants, the corrosion of alkaline components on the metal surface is avoided to a certain extent, which is more conducive to maintaining the original luster and brightness of the metal surface.

Alkaline metal cleaning agent has low cost of degreasing, non-combustible and non-explosive, high degreasing efficiency and simple operation, so it has become the most commonly used cleaning agent in metal degreasing.

3. Neutral cleaning agent, mainly a kind of near neutral environmentally friendly cleaning agent synthesized by anionic and non-ionic surfactants, that is, a cleaning agent with a PH value of about 6.5-8. The neutral cleaning agent is non-toxic and tasteless during use, is safer and more environmentally friendly, and will not cause corrosion to the product.

Of course, neutral detergents are inherently limited. With current technology, neutral detergents cannot clean all stains, but I believe that in the near future, with the advancement of technology, the application of neutral detergents will More and more widely.
