It was judged that metal oxides were generated due to cleaning process problems during the cleaning process. Our company's technicians and technical production and cleaning leaders communicated in detail to understand the specific cleaning process. It is recommended to improve the cleaning process and adopt LT- 1Aluminum product cleaning agent and LT-10 room temperature cleaning agent are separately cleaned for the second time. After the second cleaning, the oxides on the surface of the aluminum plate are cleaned and the original color of aluminum is reduced. It is verified that the treated aluminum plate can meet the subsequent brazing Process requirements.
