1、Determination of cleaning time of using special cleaning solution for LK-I aluminum fin

According to the placement of aluminum alloy parts and the amount of oil, the power of ultrasonic cleaning equipment is different from the cleaning process of enterprise production, and the cleaning time is also different. Enterprises can adjust the cleaning time according to the needs of the process.

Our company determines the degree of oil contamination on aluminum alloy parts:

Heavy grease refers to drop (flow) oil when the aluminum alloy parts are picked up.

Moderate grease means that it can be seen that there is grease and no drip-free (flow -free) oil.

Light grease means that no obvious greasy dirt can be seen, but it slips when touching by hands.

(2) Determination of cleaning time

If the ultrasonic frequency is 40Hz for rough cleaning and 28Hz for fine cleaning, the reference time for aluminum alloy parts cleaning is shown as follows:

(Note: The above cleaning time is only for the reference of the production enterprises, and the cleaning of the oil stain of the components shall prevail)

2、Rebuilding bath and supplementing the working solution

In the cleaning process, LK--I cleaning agent will be brought out by aluminum parts and emulsified oil, resulting in the gradual reduction of effective components, and the cleaning strength and sustainability will be reduced. In order to meet the needs of enterprise cleaning process, it is necessary to establish bath or supplement in time.

(1) Basic principles of supplementing the working solution

In the continuous cleaning environment, the cleaning solution will be dirty after long-term use, and the degreasing ability will be weakened, so it is necessary to supplement in time. If the cleaning and degreasing time is too long, add LK-I aluminum fin special cleaning agent according to the amount of 1%-2% of the tank liquid. If the cleaning time and the amount of cleaning are not fixed every day, and the next cleaning can meet the requirements of cleaning process, then it is not necessary to supplement the working solution; otherwise, it should be supplemented.

During the cleaning process, the oil floating on the tank liquid needs to be cleaned in time. It is better to have an oil-water separation filter to prolong the service life of the cleaning solution and the number of aluminum parts to be cleaned and avoid the secondary pollution of aluminum parts.

(2) Rebuilding bath

It is recommended to build a new bath and replace the bath liquid if the cleaning time still fails to meet the cleaning requirements or the tank liquid is seriously polluted after supplementing. And the time for re-building baths  also varies due to the different cleaning process requirements of enterprises. Generally, enterprises need to rebuild baths under the following situations:

A. The bath should be rebuilt after cleaning the specified daily amount: if the number of aluminum parts cleaned meets the requirements of one production, the bath should be rebuilt.

B. The bath should be rebuilt after the specified cleaning time: if the working solution is cleaned continuously for one day, the bath can be rebuilt the next day; if the working solution is continuously cleaned for three days, the bath should be supplemented every day, and the bath should be rebuilt on the fourth day.

C. According to the cleaning process, the enterprise can adjust the bath time.

➣ If accidentally into the eyes, please wash with water;

➣ If drinking, please rinse mouth or a large amount of water, serious timely medical treatment;

➣ If a small amount of leakage with cloth scrub, a large amount of leakage with sand absorption;
